We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Newcastle. The room was beautiful, with a comfy bed and fabulous pillows. The robes provided were amazing! Despite a small hiccup with the shower door, the staff was lovely and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The 21st dinner in the restaurant was delicious, even though we had to wait a bit. We unfortunately missed breakfast, but based on our experience, I'm sure it would have been great. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located close to amenities such as bars, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even moving me to a different room when the wifi was not working well. The hotel itself has a beautiful and charming atmosphere.

The hotel is situated on a noisy street with plenty of bars, making it ideal for party people. It is also near Freeman's Hospital and several decent restaurants. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with modern bathrooms. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on-site, and room service is available. Guests can easily explore various places in Newcastle from this location.

The hygiene standards were not up to par, with coffee stains and pencil marks on the walls.

When we finally arrived at the hotel after a long drive stuck in traffic, we were disappointed to find the free car park completely full, with no place to unload our belongings. However, the location of the hotel near the metro station was convenient, making it easy for us to explore the city. The room and bathroom were clean and modern, with comfortable beds and a great breakfast buffet.

The noise from the disco and the constant banging on our door throughout the night made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful, providing information about parking in the City Centre. The room, although a bit dated, was comfortable and well appointed. The hotel had clean communal areas with a better appearance than the room decor. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a good selection, although there was sometimes a delay in replenishing buffet items. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the start of the Great North Run, as well as popular restaurants, coffee shops, and Jesmond Dene parkland. The staff went above and beyond for runners, providing bananas in the room, an early start for race day breakfast, and a voucher for a free drink. the hotel provided a luxurious experience.

Felt very cared for, nothing to complain about.

The hotel is located in a lovely area with easy access to transport facilities and is situated on a lovely street. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities and have comfortable beds, standalone air conditioning unit and tea and coffee making facilities. The extra-large double bed was very comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free bread option for breakfast, which was included in the price.

Our stay was not without its hiccups. breakfast ended too early on Sunday, causing us to miss it because of our early wake-up call.
