The complimentary mini bar was a pleasant surprise and the late check out allowed us to have a relaxed morning. The hotel's location was convenient, with a subway station nearby and easy access to restaurants and shops.

The service at the front desk was poor, with some staff members being unfriendly and rude. The smell of cigarette smoke was pervasive throughout the hotel, even in the air conditioning.

The staff were friendly and spoke English, which made communication easy. The room was clean and spacious, with a bathroom that wasn't cramped like other hotels I've stayed in. The Wi-Fi worked well, and I was able to get some work done on my laptop. There is also a beautiful park right across the street, perfect for leisurely strolls. it was a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend and revisit this hotel.

The architect did an amazing job with the tiny room I booked, making it feel more like a 4-star accommodation. The cleanliness and safety of the hotel were top-notch, and I never experienced any discomfort during my stay. The internet connection was decent compared to other hotels, and the air conditioning worked well. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. There were plenty of restaurants of all price ranges nearby, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the metro station and just a 5-minute walk from Seg Plaza. I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
