We loved the amazing location of this hotel. It was just a 2-minute walk from the cable car, making it incredibly convenient for us to access the ski area. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to arrange a package for us that included free attractions such as cable car tickets, waterpark access, and shuttle services to and from the airport and Changbaishan. This made our stay even more enjoyable and hassle-free. We also appreciated the nearby presence of other well-known hotels and the option to order room service or eat at restaurants in the area. The breakfast provided was decent, and the staff was friendly and helpful, despite their limited English skills.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel! the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, including the indoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre, and massage services. The restaurant offered an impressive breakfast and dinner buffet, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for a relaxing evening drink. Cons: the only minor issue we encountered was the slow wifi in the room. this was quickly resolved when we contacted the front desk for assistance. this hotel provided us with a truly memorable and indulgent stay.

We had a Christmas vacation at a hotel in Fusong and overall it was decent. the location was great as it was near the slopes where we enjoyed skiing with beautiful views. the hotel had a nice spa that helped us to relax after skiing all day. the breakfast was included in the price and gave us a good fuel for our activity.

The breakfast at Sheraton Changbaishan Resort was absolutely delicious. The variety of options and the quality of the food were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the local dishes that allowed me to experience authentic flavors. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent dining experience.
