Clean room, good bathroom. Excellent but pricey food. Friendly staff, especially at Italian restaurant. Comfy bed, better than other China hotels. English-speaking helpful staff. Great buffet on third floor. Top-level courtesy and staff hospitality.

Located near many attractions, this hotel is in walking distance to a Carrefour store where you can buy everything. The helpful porter is ready to assist with your luggage. The gym and pool area are of a very high standard, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The lady at check-in spoke excellent English and further assisted with any personal matters.

The front desk staff's attitude towards loyal members is lacking, and they do not provide the same level of recognition and service as other hotels, such as IHG Crowne Plaza.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The comfort of the bed was excellent, surpassing other hotels in China. The room was nice, very clean and the bathroom was good too. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a great buffet on the third floor. All the staff spoke English well and were very helpful. They made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was convenient, with many attractions within walking distance and a Carrefour store nearby where you can buy everything.

The only minor downside I experienced was with the beauty treatment service. the staff seemed inexperienced, and the treatment was not up to my expectations.
