Adrian and Shaj's service made us feel at home.

We enjoyed a spacious Cotai view room, and the surprise birthday cake was a delightful gesture. However, the long check-in queue despite priority family status was quite frustrating and overshadowed the wonderful amenities.

The staff at the Palms Cafe were exceptionally attentive, making our dining experience a highlight of our stay.

The check-in process was incredibly slow, with a lengthy wait time that impacted the start of our visit.

During my stay, I loved being so close to the Eiffel Tower experience at Parisian Macau, just a short stroll away, and I also enjoyed the beautiful views at Carmel Garden, which was less than a 15-minute walk, making my weekend strolls truly delightful. the hotel offers excellent room service and dining options that made my stay even more enjoyable.

Chur, bro! Rooms were heaps comfy, but check-in was busy as. The staff were choice, especially those helping with taxi assistance. Sweet as stay overall!

Ope, that room was downright perfect! Beautiful view and super clean, ya know? Food was fantastic, and the staff was just lovely—felt like they really cared. Just a bit confusing to find your way around with no signs to the towers, but I guess you can’t have it all, right?

Ja, the location is stoep lekker! We were just a quick walk from seeing that Eiffel Tower thingy and a major shopping mall. Staff was sharp-sharp at check-in and super helpful with all our questions. Room was spacious and comfy, just what we needed after long days out exploring!

Only thing was the brekkie line—got a bit hectic after 9am, had to wait a bit, but it was worth it once we got in.

The long check-in line was quite frustrating!!! Rooms looked outdated, and even though the pool and gym were nice, there was no jacuzzi available!!! Management really needs to step up service standards!!!

The location is fantastic, surrounded by major casinos. The Deluxe King Room was clean, quiet, and had a spacious feel with awesome views. I enjoyed a delicious hamburger from room service, and the sauna offered a relaxing retreat. However, checking in took longer than expected, and some areas of the hotel could benefit from updates to enhance the overall experience.

Super clean room with a cozy feel, and the amenities were top-notch! The staff was really friendly and went outta their way to help me. Relaxing time by the pool with attentive service. Highly recommend!

Loved everything.

It was just a good pick for a city break in Macau with good value. The reception staff helped us find a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower for my birthday. Make sure to check out the shopping area on the 2nd floor.

This place suits me perfectly, with free wi-fi, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me find my lost necklace. I highly recommend trying the breakfast. I’m coming back for a city break.
