The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch and the facilities were impressive. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the Central Cotai mall, the Venetian, and the Parisian. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

Our stay at the hotel was worth every penny. The room was comfortable and spacious, with the exception of the pillows which were a bit too soft for my liking. The hotel's location, with the casino and mall nearby, made it convenient for entertainment and shopping. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us with any concerns or questions we had. They even went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and provide recommendations for nearby attractions. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and the family check-in service was a big plus. We were able to bypass the long queues and it made the check-in process much smoother. The sauna room was also excellent and enjoyable, although it was a bit of a walk from our towels. Additionally, the staff named Cyril Caro from housekeeping and check-in was extremely professional and provided us with exceptional service. He made us feel at home and ensured we had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was good and the bed was comfortable as well. If you can afford a Club room, it's definitely worth it for the early check-in, late check-out, and the delicious meals throughout the day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Christian who checked me in and showed me to my room. The hotel is conveniently located near the Venetian, Parisian, a high-end mall, and various restaurants and shops. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were fabulous. I also appreciated the convenience of the check-in and check-out process, which made my stay hassle-free.

The property is clean but a bit old. Staff are friendly, but check-in wait time was about 10 minutes. The buffet breakfast had a long wait time and uncleared tables. Location is close to City of Dreams with free shuttle service. Spacious room with mini-fridge, tea/coffee maker and safe. Strong WiFi and comfortable beds. Big gym and pools. Excellent service and staff.

The express check-in at the Ballroom was brilliant, saving us time in the long lobby queue. The express check-out was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast and happy hour buffet were delicious, with free prosecco, wine, and select cocktails. The pools were wonderful, although they closed early. I would stay here again in future visits.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in the heart of Cotai. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king size bed, and the bathroom was big as well. The hotel even surprised us with a box of pastries for our honeymoon! The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby hotels and the Venetian. The free shuttle service to the airport was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast offered was delicious and affordable. Using our Marriott Bonvoy, we bypassed the long check-in queue and were smoothly assisted by Rafael. The lobby chaos due to the Mid-Autumn Festival was overwhelming, but the staff's great service and hospitality made our stay in Sheraton a memorable experience. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.
