He was incredibly helpful and courteous. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the river. I recently stayed at the Sheraton in Guilin for a short trip and was thoroughly impressed. The staff, particularly Nancy and Daisy, went above and beyond to assist me when I lost my luggage. The property itself was stunning, with a spacious and clean room that had a beautiful river view. The hotel was well-organized and offered convenient amenities such as trips to the river Li and bicycles. Additionally, the surrounding area had a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The breakfast selection and quality of service could be improved. It was frustrating to ask for a cup of coffee and have to wait for the waiter to come back from the other side of the room.

Nancy patiently helped me report the incident on a local WeChat channel, while Daisy assisted me in communicating with the cab driver to arrange for my luggage to be delivered to the hotel.
