We chose this hotel for its convenient location and had a pleasant check-in experience. The room was comfortable and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop restaurant. The food was good, despite a slight delay in service. The hotel is also within walking distance of popular attractions such as the elephant hill and pagodas.

The room assigned to me did not offer a view as advertised, and there was a lack of information about the hotel and its services within the room. Furthermore, the shower experience was inconvenient and uncomfortable, with difficulties in adjusting the water temperature and the layout of the shower area causing water leakage and inconvenience.
