We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Tenerife. The location was perfect, right on the beach, with stunning views of the Mediterranean Palace shop and the promenade. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and a balcony overlooking the beach. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed dining at the Windsor restaurant for the Spanish night, which was a great experience.

We did experience some issues with the pool area, as there was a shortage of sunbeds during our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. the location of the hotel was fantastic, providing easy access to nearby attractions for a fulfilling and activity-packed trip. the pool area was always clean and well-maintained.

Although the food was great, it took a bit of time for our order to arrive a couple of times, and some dishes were not available due to a limited menu. the restaurant staff seemed stretched when it got busy, but this aspect did not detract from the overall great experience.
