As a disabled guest, I found the staff at this hotel to have an excellent approach to guests. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's biggest strength is definitely its people. The bed in the room was very comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep. The breakfast had a variety of choices and the quality was excellent. I was impressed with the fast and stable internet connection, which was essential for my work. The fitness room was well-maintained and offered a nice space for a workout. Lastly, the hot springs were a great feature of the hotel, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The service at the international restaurant could be improved, as there were not enough waitstaff to handle the large number of guests. the hot spring facility, although beautiful, was man-made and not as expected.

The touch-sensitive rooms added a futuristic touch, and the breathtaking view from the room was a cherry on top. I had the most relaxing bath ever with the TV in the bathroom and a large window for a view. The hotel was perfect for both couples and business travelers. The breakfast may have been simple, but the Dimsum and Noodles were delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for a honeymoon or any special occasion. I had a fantastic experience at the Sheraton Huzhou Hot Spring Resort and would definitely recommend it.
