From the moment we arrived, the staff was courteous and always had a smile on their face. They helped us with everything from ordering taxis to planning our sightseeing in the pouring rain. The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. Room service was delicious and always delivered on time. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It is just a few steps away from the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get around the city. Plus, there are two new malls right across the street, offering plenty of shopping and dining options.

One downside to our stay was that the hotel did not protect us from scammers. We had a bad experience with a guide recommended by our taxi driver, who rushed us through the Terracotta Warriors exhibit and got us to buy overpriced items.

This makes it very convenient for guests who want to explore the city and travel around. Additionally, the hotel is close to shopping centers and food courts, allowing guests to easily access various amenities and dining options.

Issues with Temperature Control and Language Barrier. One major issue encountered during my stay was the problem with temperature control in the rooms.

During our Christmas stay, we really liked the convenient location of the hotel. It was right across from shopping malls and surrounded by beautifully lit buildings at night. Additionally, the hotel had a car park with a charming fountain area.

One aspect we disliked about the hotel was the temperature in the rooms. The rooms tended to run warm, around 23-25 degrees Celsius , which made it uncomfortable for us as we prefer cooler temperatures.
