During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. They were attentive and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to various scenic spots in the city. Additionally, I enjoyed the variety of food options available at the restaurant, especially during breakfast.

On the downside, I encountered some issues with the room card, as it didn't work on multiple occasions. This was quite frustrating and time-consuming.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and well-mannered. They spoke English fluently and always anticipated our needs. The lobby, reception, restaurant, spa, swimming pool, and all the hotel facilities were well-maintained and clean. The location of the hotel was closer to the airport than downtown, which was convenient. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff ensured that we had a variety of food and drinks to choose from.

Good value, decent rooms and great facilities. Gym is excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, despite language barrier. Room service was tasty. Location is away from tourism, but still close to attractions, shopping, and food.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of the Old City Wall, offering easy access to the historic attractions of the city. Guests can enjoy a comfortable stay in well-maintained rooms, some of which offer club floor access with lounge benefits. The breakfast buffet provides a wide selection of dishes including local cuisine, and the gym offers a decent range of equipment for workouts.

The staff in the Chinese restaurant could improve their service standards.

From the attentive and well-mannered staff to the wide range of amenities like the spa and swimming pool, everything was top-notch. There was nothing I didn't like.

During my Christmas holiday stay, I enjoyed the luxurious and comfortable rooms provided by the hotel. the staff was always attentive and ready to assist with any of our needs. the hotel was conveniently located near several local attractions and had good access to public transportation.

There were some issues with the maintenance of the hotel facilities that detracted from our experience. Some of the bathroom fixtures were not functioning properly and the overall cleanliness could have been better.

the luxurious amenities provided in the Spa center, including the sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi, exceeded my expectations. the indoor swimming pool was well, maintained and added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. the room was spacious and had exclusive advantages such as a private facility, in, room breakfast, and a snack bar available. the restaurant had an extensive menu of delicious food options pairable with a pleasant bar and lounge area.

Cons, Minor issue with sleep quality the only negative aspect of my experience was the room temperature. Due to the heating system functioning at a common temperature, the room was too warm, causing discomfort and affecting sleep quality.
