This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & Wellness centre was top-notch, featuring indulgent treatments and facilities. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool, which was heated to perfection. the room was spacious and well-appointed with exclusive advantages that truly made me feel pampered.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the location. While it offered some advantages, it was slightly isolated and required some effort to reach attractions outside of the hotel.

I recently enjoyed a holiday at a luxurious hotel in Hangzhou. The location was ideal, with stunning views of the surrounding area from my room. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service, ensuring that all my needs were met. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. the hotel had fantastic facilities, including a refreshing swimming pool where I could start my day with a refreshing swim.

I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. The noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was quite noticeable and disturbed my peace and quiet.
