The location of this motel was perfect for my needs, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. the staff was also very accommodating, allowing me to check in early when my travel plans changed due to bad weather. Additionally, the heater in the room worked great, keeping me warm during my stay.

There were a few aspects of the room that I didn't particularly enjoy. the decor felt outdated with wood paneling, and the AC unit was mounted near the restroom area, which was a bit inconvenient.

As longer-term business travelers, we really enjoyed the range of outdoor activities available on the property. The basketball goal and bean bag toss provided a fun way to unwind after a long day. The clean and well-maintained grounds, along with the convenient location, added to the overall positive experience. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome, and the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. In terms of value for money, this small-town motel exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at 8 places on our trip, and this was easily the least expensive. The room was spacious, nice, quiet, and well supplied with amenities. It was nicer than other rooms we stayed in that were more than twice the price. We didn't do breakfast, location was good. Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, working fridge and microwave. For the price, this is a nice place to stay. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone. It's been awhile since I stayed in a small town motel and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was and it was a great value.

The room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have a working fridge and microwave in the room. the affordable price was a definite advantage. Additionally, as a solo female traveler, I felt safe during my stay.

One of the windows in the room did not have a curtain, and the window did not lock, which made me feel a bit uneasy as I was on the ground floor. the room had a lingering smell of smoke, despite attempts to cover it up.

The outdoor activities on the property were a hit with my kids. They loved playing basketball and tossing bean bags. Although we didn't use it, there was also a grill available for guests. Despite being the least expensive place we stayed at on our trip, the room was nicer than others that were double the price. Although nearly all businesses in Preston were closed on Sundays, that's not the motel's fault. I would recommend this hotel for its affordability, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and well-appointed rooms.
