We had a fantastic stay at Sofitel: outstanding service, luxurious rooms, beautiful decor, and a very friendly atmosphere. The price was attractive with great offers for spa, breakfast, and the bar. We even got a room on the executive floor without paying extra. The bar on the first floor had exceptional service and was open late. The free shuttle service was a bonus. Such a spoiling experience!

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was within walking distance of some interesting parts of the city and not far from the Taipa Ferry Terminal nor the airport. The room was spacious and the bathroom had nice toiletries. The staff were friendly and efficient, providing great service. The breakfast was tasty and there were additional evening food options made by a chef. The club lounge offered a carvery with delicious options like Roast Duck, Portuguese pork belly, and Roast Chicken.

Some guests mentioned a need for improvement in the shuttle bus service, as there were complaints about the strict adherence to the timetable.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience more enjoyable. Additionally, having a smartphone in the room was a convenient feature, allowing me to easily check locations and access internet information. the hotel's location was also advantageous, providing easy access to bus connections and the China border.

The hotel's location was not as good as I had initially thought, and the first reviews I read were misleading. the hotel itself had an old and outdated style, which could benefit from some renovation.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the pool with its pool bar. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the major sights in the historical center of this city, as well as being conveniently located to the big casinos.

Not obvious to find initially, but worth the search.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the fantastic service at Sofitel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised to be able to check in early, allowing our tired child to rest comfortably. The pool and breakfast buffet were highlights of our visit, with delicious food and a wide selection to choose from. The comfortable bed felt like sleeping on a cloud, providing much-needed relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The prime location in the old side of town allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the local culture of Macau. We highly recommend the morning buffet breakfast for its extensive variety. Despite a few minor issues with finding the shuttle from the ferry terminal and some over-scented areas, we were thoroughly satisfied with our stay. we would definitely recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

As a young family, we loved the spacious and clean room with a great view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center and near popular attractions. The buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious Chinese dishes, sushi, and seafood. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities like the gym and pool were above average.

The hotel staff, particularly Gladys, Brian, Maria, and Eduardo, provided excellent service and made our visit pleasant and relaxing. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including both Western and Asian dishes. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with facilities like TVs in the bathroom and automatic curtains.

One negative aspect was that the check-out time of 11am felt a bit early, especially considering that check-in was only possible after 3pm.
