The noise disturbances from outside were unbearable!!! The room cleanliness left much to be desired, with odd smells and hair remaining!!! The chaotic atmosphere could use some organization during events!!! Don't even get me started on the bathroom size!!!

The hotel was in a great location near various bars and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially Fred, who made check-in effortless. Additionally, the facilities were modern, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to choose from.

I experienced some minor cleanliness issues in the room upon arrival.

stayed here for 3 nights, and honestly, my expectations were dashed. the noise from outside was unbearable, I even heard an entire argument! I expected a room upgrade as compensation for these disturbances but was treated as if I were just another guest. the breakfast was worse than what you'd find at a cheap diner. absoluteley disappointing.

I appreciated the location, being close to nightlife spots. The breakfast was a highlight of my stay, offering variety and quality food. I was surprised by the cleanliness issues I encountered, including some aspects of the bathroom. On one occasion, after reporting an issue with a flooded accessible bathroom, I found staff was stretched thin managing the hotel. Despite this, they were helpful and did their best to assist. Being from New York, I found the city engaging.

The hotel features a warm welcome by the staff, who were consistently friendly and efficient. My room was clean and boasted a comfy bed, but the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool. Although I enjoyed the homemade bread at breakfast, the overall selection was average, and the limited seating area could get cramped. Notably, noise from other guests disrupted my night's sleep, which is a concern for future stays.

Fantastic location and excellent staff interactions, especially from the memorable General Manager! Comfortable room, and breakfast is served promptly to start your day off right.

This was just a great fit for a fleeting stay in Manchester with value for price. The bed was really comfortable, and they even had spare pillows available in the wardrobe, which was a nice surprise. Make sure to check if everything in your room is functioning, like the toaster, which may have issues.
