I recently had a stay at a hotel in Guangzhou that really exceeded my expectations. The location was a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise. It was near the shopping and restaurant districts, so I had plenty of options for meals and entertainment. The hotel also provided comfortable transportation options by taxi or their own service. The room and bathroom were pristine, and the service was top-notch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. I also enjoyed the stunning views from my room and took advantage of the excellent facilities, such as the gym and spa. All in all, a fantastic hotel experience.

The limited English spoken by the staff, which did cause a few hiccups during my stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to many restaurants as well as convenience stores. It is also near main shopping malls and small restaurants. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hi-tech devices in the bathroom and a massage chair. The staff provides good service and the breakfast spread is excellent.

The front desk and concierge are not able to offer good travel recommendations.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the excellent variety of breakfast options and the high-quality amenities provided in my room, including the comfortable bed. the hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores, which made it easy to find everything I needed.

some of the staff members had difficulty communicating in English, which made it challenging to get accurate information and made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities fulfilled. the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool were perfect places to unwind after a long day. the service was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to catch up with friends. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a private balcony that offered stunning views of the city.

The location was far from the city center, which made it challenging to find things to do outside of the hotel. the hotel provided a shuttle service that made it easier to get around.
