I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, very close to the center of the city and just a few minutes walk from the subway station. It was perfect for exploring the area and getting around easily. The staff here were really kind and helpful, always willing to assist with any questions or requests that I had. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and drinks in the mini bar, a nice touch that made me feel welcome. I had a fantastic experience here and would definitely recommend it to others.

I would suggest that the lobby be better lit, especially for guests arriving late at night. It can be quite disconcerting to arrive in a foreign country and be greeted by a dark and dimly lit lobby.

I stayed at a hotel in Shanghai recently and there were a few things that I really liked about it. the location was fantastic! It was right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions and easily accessible by public transportation. Secondly, the breakfast spread was amazing! There were so many options to choose from, including fresh fruit, pastries, and a variety of hot dishes. It definitely gave me a good start to the day. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They were always ready to assist with any questions or concerns that I had.

As friends who are going out at nights, we loved the convenient location just two blocks away from Yuyuan Garden subway station. The staff was always helpful and kind, and we even received an upgrade to a lovely room. The hotel is modern and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a wide range of choices, including delicious Shanghai dishes. We will definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel went above and beyond with their extra touches, such as a small library in the lobby and free snacks in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the outdoor terrace offered beautiful views of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the metro station, the Bund, and the Shanghai Museum.
