The hotel offers superb services, with stylish and slightly vintage rooms. The backstairs and balcony offer fantastic views of the city, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing, and the food for room service is very good.

The complimentary water bottles and coffee were a nice touch. the hotel was located close to the business district which saved me a lot of time. the gym had a good amount of equipment that allowed me to stick to my workout routine.

The towels in the bathroom were not clean and had an unpleasant smell. the breakfast options were limited and not adequately replenished.

We had an incredible stay at a new hotel with impeccable cleanliness and a beautiful lobby. the staff at Lapis went above and beyond, making our trip truly enjoyable. the beds were incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Although the standard rooms didn't have a view, the reception staff offered us a room upgrade with a view for the second part of our stay, which made a dramatic improvement. the buffet breakfast, while not cheap, was delicious with a great selection.

The rooftop pool was a refreshing feature to cool down from the heat of the day. Additionally, the hotel staff could book additional services for a cheap cost, which was a great plus.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room felt luxurious. We loved the thoughtful touches for our wedding anniversary, making our stay extra special. The location was perfect, with easy access to both the French Quarter and Old City. The rooftop pool was unfortunately closed for maintenance, but the weather was cool so it didn't inconvenience us. The staff were accommodating and arranged dinner for us when we arrived late. I highly recommend Lapis Hotel for a fantastic stay.
