And the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended for a memorable Christmas experience!

We had a truly exquisite stay at St. Regis. The hotel is luxurious and elegant, with spacious rooms and impeccable service. Our floor butler, Eric, went above and beyond to take care of us, from assisting with our pressing and shoe shine items to delivering drinks and organizing our luggage. The breakfast at the Manor restaurant exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious options. Despite being near a casino, the hotel was quiet and the location was perfect for exploring Macau. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel for a great experience.

We loved the prime location, interconnected with other hotels and shops in Macao Cotai. The service was exceptional, especially from Felix the butler. The hotel was clean and had amazing views of Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well-organized. The staff, including Arnold the bellman and Derek from dining, were polite and helpful. The facilities had a vintage style and the bathroom even had a bathtub.

Provided city maps and a phone with free calling and GPS maps. Cozy room with comfy beds. Handwritten card was a nice touch. Excellent service from Christine and Felix. Perfect hotel for a peaceful stay away from the crowds.
