This place suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, air conditioning, and a fitness center. The staff is always helpful. they recommended spots with good exchange rates during my first stay. I’m coming back for Xmas!

During my stay, I discovered the rooftop bar that offered breathtaking views of the city—definitely a hidden gem. The breakfast buffet was diverse and the staff always went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. I also appreciated the cozy atmosphere in the lounge, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The location made it so easy to reach major attractions, like Museumsinsel.

However, I faced a couple of issues that dimmed the experience. The shower's design led to water pooling on the bathroom floor, and though they provided extra towels, it felt like a temporary fix. Additionally, I noticed the lack of a kettle in my room, which made early mornings a bit inconvenient without that first cup of tea. Lastly, the bed was a bit firm for my liking, making it harder to get a good night's rest.

This hotel offers a perfect location, just steps away from transport links, making sightseeing effortless and the breakfast buffet was excellent, satisfying even gluten-free guests.

Limited Wi-Fi connectivity and numerous guest complaints about room size and noise from neighboring trams can dampen the overall experience.

I was disappointed to find no coffee and tea facilities in my room, which is unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, I encountered some cleanliness issues that detracted from my overall experience. The absence of breakfast included in the stay felt like a letdown, especially given the pricing.

The staff were super friendly, sharp-sharp check-in, and our room was ready even before check-in time—such a nice touch, ja! The shower was amazing, and the hotel bar with the fireplace? Perfect spot for a dop after a long day exploring.

What a fab location! My room was cozy and well-equipped, and I loved the modern vibe. Definitely felt like a treat and perfect for a solo traveler like me.

But, darling, trying to figure out how to turn on the lights with that card system was a comedy act waiting to happen! Just imagine me wandering in circles like I was in a maze!

the location is lit, super close to u-bahn and s-bahn, made it easy to get around the city. staff were really nice and helpful. room was clean and comfy, just wish it was a lil bigger, haha. the lobby is super nice and has a cozy bar. breakfast was a bit pricey but good, kept me going all day.
