Wifi in room had issues.

The hotel offered complimentary breakfast and wifi during my stay, which was a nice surprise. The location was perfect for exploring the city with easy access to public transportation. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was a language barrier with some of the staff making ordering food a bit difficult. , the vegetarian options were limited.

Good customer service at front desk and from duty manager - Jack. Excellent spa, great metro location. Lots of breakfast options nearby. Perfect for business with desk and wifi. Helpful English-speaking staff, order taxis and direct drivers. Clean and comfortable hotel-associated taxis.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and indoor swimming pool, fulfilled our every need. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service.

The only minor issue we encountered was the limited vegetarian options on the restaurant menu. Despite this, the venue's bar/lounge area was lovely and offered quality cocktails.

During my recent stay at Swissotel Grand Shanghai, I was impressed with the location. Situated in the upscale Jing'an district, the hotel is surrounded by prestigious office towers, shopping malls, and local eateries. The famous West Nanjing Road and Jing'an Temple are just steps away. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and experiencing the vibrant atmosphere.

Large, clean rooms and bathroom. Very friendly and quick service. Staff speaks good English. Great location in the city center. Upgrade to higher floor with amazing city view. Impressive facilities including Jacuzzi, steam room, saunas, and pools.
