During my Thanksgiving stay, there were some good aspects that I appreciated. the first was that the staff were friendly and responsive to my needs. Another positive aspect was that the hotel was located in a convenient location, with easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms were clean and well-designed and the bed was comfortable.

There were some negative aspects which hindered my enjoyment of the hotel. the breakfast options were limited and not very tasty.

This hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including an indoor swimming pool, steam room and full body massage. the staff provided exceptional service, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. the restaurant offered delicious meals and special diet menus. the location was perfect, with many nearby restaurant options.

There was only one minor issue, the spa treatments were a bit too expensive. there were other options available nearby.

The location of the hotel was amazing! The nearby area had a fancy mall with a supermarket and a fantastic Starbucks Roastery just a short walk away. There was also an excellent Italian restaurant nearby for those who prefer non-Chinese food. Plus, both the east and west shopping districts of Nanjing Road were within walking distance. The hotel is highly recommended for foreigners visiting Shanghai because the neighborhood felt super safe.

We felt like family at this exceptional hotel! The Reception/Concierge team provided incredible service, ensuring that the language barrier was not an issue for us. Julia went above and beyond to help us, fixing any problem that arose. The staff offered support and recommendations for the best places to go, eat, and shop in the area. The hotel room had amazing design features, comfortable beds, a rain shower, and stunning skyline views. The food and breakfast at Gray Cafe were delicious, especially the coffee. The hotel's location was also amazing, situated next to the Starbucks Roastery and beautiful shopping malls.

Felt like family, no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with shopping malls nearby and easy access to the metro. The room was beautifully designed and had amazing views of the skyline. The staff provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the spa facilities were lovely.

Some of the staff seemed a bit stuffy and the size of the dressing gowns and slippers was too small.
