We had a great time at Vinoasis. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and not overcrowded, and we enjoyed spending time at the beautiful beach. The complimentary airport pickup and night market bus were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at a resort near a waterpark in a beautiful location. The proximity to the beach was a major highlight, allowing me to enjoy the sun and sand just steps away. The airport shuttle service provided was also a convenient perk. The room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a bathroom that was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast had a good selection and the facilities, like the facial recognition system, added a modern touch to the experience.

One aspect that could be improved is the communication and English language proficiency of the staff.

The facilities at VinOasis are fantastic, with a spacious pool area and comfortable rooms. The free wellness center is excellent, offering a sauna, steam room, hot and cold jacuzzis. The hotel's proximity to Vin Wonders theme park is a bonus, with a free shuttle service to and from the park. The buffet breakfast is also a highlight, and the hotel grounds are beautiful. a great choice for those travelling by car.

The location was great, close to several 5-star hotels and a beautiful, calm beach within walking distance. the swimming pool and waterpark were good, providing a fun and safe environment for children. the shuttle service offered free transfers to the airport, which was very convenient.

The service was chaotic, with long wait times for check-in and poor communication about the hotel's amenities. the level of cleanliness in the room was inconsistent, and the staff were not attentive to detail.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that cater to exclusive needs. Service is top-notch, with staff readily available, efficient and attentive. the swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, beach access and garden area are all beautifully maintained. the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area provide a great atmosphere for relaxation. Live entertainment and karaoke were also particularly enjoyable. the spa & wellness centre, sauna, steam room, and beauty treatments rejuvenated our bodies and spirits. the private facilities, exclusive to guests, made us feel like royalty.

The only negative aspect was the casino. the facilities were not up to the high standard of the rest of the hotel.
