Luxurious rooms and a diverse breakfast selection made my Easter weekend at this hotel one to remember. the bed was so comfortable, and the shower was just what I needed after a long day. the location was perfect as I was able to easily get to many shops and a large park. I also enjoyed the helpful front desk staff who made my check-in and check-out process a breeze.

Sadly, some aspects of my stay could use improvement. the elevator was incredibly slow and the internet connection was not reliable.

We had an exceptional stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, making it easy for us to access the downtown area and the trade wholesale market. The room was cozy and nicely decorated, with a luxurious bed and an excellent shower. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with assistance whenever needed. We also enjoyed the modern and elegant decor of the hotel. it was a great experience.

There were some language barriers as none of the staff members could speak English fluently.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities that catered to my luxurious needs, from a beautiful garden area to an amazing Spa and Wellness Centre with exceptional body wraps and beauty treatments. the restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide range of delicious dishes and drinks, and the private facilities were top-notch. the location advantages were also great as it was easy to get to other places by taxi.

There was one minor issue with the internet connection being cumbersome to connect to and often dropped, which was frustrating. the service from the staff was exceptional, and they attended to my needs promptly and professionally.
