I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in HK for a second time and it remains my top choice. The room view is amazing, and the staff is incredibly dedicated. The Ozone Bar is a must-try, with new drinks and delicious food like the "casquinha de siri". The hotel facilities are great, including the pool, gym, and changing room. The club lounge staff were fantastic, making my stay truly memorable.

Gelukkig is het personeel enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze staan altijd voor je klaar en zorgen ervoor dat je je welkom voelt. Het ontbijt overtrof mijn verwachtingen. Er was een ruime keuze aan brood, croissantjes, eieren, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen en nog veel meer. Alles was vers en smaakte heerlijk.

The room had ample seating to enjoy the view with friends over tea. The service from manager Gloria was personalized and exceptional. it was the best hotel experience with friendly staff, easy check-in, and delicious food.

Furnishings were high quality and comfortable. Stunning views from harbour view corner suite. Efficient check-in and check-out. Good service in lounge, enjoyed afternoon tea and pre-dinner drinks cocktails with food. Superb restaurant staff at Tosca, accommodating changes to tasting menu. Amazing facilities, highest swimming pool and gym. Victoria Harbour suite was the best. Must try breakfast with incredible views. Perfect restaurants and bar. No faults.

The hotel offered a complimentary upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, which was spacious and had a stunning sea view. the staff at the reception were friendly and attentive, offering traditional Chinese tea and cookies upon arrival. the guest relation officer was excellent, providing a personal touch by accompanying us to our room and leaving a thoughtful note and complimentary cocktails. the swimming pool area was impressive, with a large screen displaying beautiful pictures and a relaxing atmosphere. the gym was well-equipped with Technogym equipment, perfect for a full body workout.

Despite having a reservation, we were not given the table we requested and had to sit at a different table. the staff apologized, but it was inconvenient and could have been handled better.

The hotel is in the perfect location with two hot tubs for a relaxing soak and a breathtaking view all around. The service is top-notch, from the friendly staff like Kathy and Wookie who made our stay unforgettable, to the impeccable room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers mouth-watering options like 48 hr slow cooked short ribs and endless lobster tails. The facilities and room advantages are second to none.

The check-in process could be improved. It would have been better if someone guided us to our room instead of having to navigate the elevators on our own.

As older guests, we enjoyed the stunning views of Victoria Harbour from our suite on the 118th floor. The beautiful symphony lights at night were truly a sight to behold.
