Just wow! Checked in for a birthday surprise, room was decked out, and they even sent up a cake and a cute lion plush. Staff was so friendly and super attentive. The infinity pool on the 118th floor? Wicked awesome views. Just wish I had more time to explore!

Fantastic infinity pool on the 118th floor with stunning views. The 2-star Michelin restaurant served mouthwatering dishes. Loved the TV in the bathroom! Highly recommended for a romantic getaway.

Incredible views of the harbor from the Deluxe Seaview room were the highlight of the stay, complemented by the spacious layout and comfort of the bed. The separate bathtub and shower design offered both luxury and practicality. However, the long elevator wait times to reach room levels can be a hassle during busy hours. Additionally, while the food was generally excellent, I found the breakfast options in the lounge could benefit from more variety. Still, the attentive staff made every moment memorable.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The city views from the rooms are breathtaking. We enjoyed the Michelin-star restaurants and made memories at the Ritz Kids Magic Workshop. The spa is impressive, and the gym area is well-equipped. Don't skip the breakfast. it’s delicious!

One downside was that the service in the spa could be better. it felt a bit pricey for what we received.

The views were astonishing and stunning! ! The design of the room was right up my alley! And Wookie, the club manager, was super helpful! The outdoor feel of the hot tubs was a nice touch, and it's just a short ride into the hustle of the city.
