I recently stayed at a hotel in TST and had a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the room service provided by the renowned Sabatini was excellent. I was delighted to find a charger provided in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff at the hotel were efficient and polite, making the check-in process smooth despite the long queue. On my birthday, I received a surprise birthday cake and champagne from the hotel, which was a lovely gesture. I want to express my gratitude for this fantastic service. The hotel's location was also convenient, being less than a 5-minute walk from the East Tsim Sha Tsui station. The room rate was reasonable for the city area, adding to the overall positive experience. Lastly, my son loved the room and sky tower view, while I personally enjoyed the attentive and friendly staff at the lounge, especially Pauline, who provided clear information and remembered our faces.

our recent stay at a hotel in hong kong exceeded expectations. the spacious, clean room and welcoming staff made it a comfortable and enjoyable experience. the location was convenient for walking to nearby attractions and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

Great location and spacious rooms. The view from upper floors is stunning, and there are diverse shopping options. The restaurants are exceptional, with famous chefs and attentive service. The hotel provides easy airport access with a shuttle bus.

Had a great weekend in an amazing location close to shops, restaurants, and bars. Loved the fact that the room was spacious which was great for my teenager. The rooftop pool was such a bonus and offered a great view. Lastly, the power showers were amazing!

The free wifi was only available in the lobby which was a bit inconvenient for my teenager. Whilst we didn't buy breakfast due to the high price, we did enjoy the two complementary facts that were offered.

The hotel offered amazing city views and a great rooftop pool with a stunning view. The location was very convenient, close to key attractions and transportation options. One more advantage was the friendly and attentive staff who were always ready to help.

The room was quite small and not suitable for more than one person. the noise from the evening entertainment in the restaurant could be bothersome for those who prefer to have a peaceful night's sleep.

If you're looking for a great location, this hotel is perfect. It's just minutes away from the promenade, where you can take in stunning views of the harbor. It's also conveniently located very close to the metro station, making it easy to get around. If you want to visit nearby islands, the ferries are also just a short walk away. The room and bathroom were clean and well-appointed, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

One downside is that some of the restaurants in the hotel are pricey, but there are plenty of other options nearby.

The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was very near to the subway and close to the Waterfront. it was conveniently located in the underground area, making it easily accessible for tourists.

The elevator system was a bit inconvenient, with higher floor elevators terminating at a lower floor and forcing guests to change lifts.

We stayed at Royal Garden for a few days and it was a great experience. The room was spacious and the complimentary IP phone was really helpful for us when we were out and about. The shower was amazing and the adjustable air-con made the room cool and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and the breakfast had a wide range of delicious options. The location was also convenient, with the MTR and many restaurants nearby.

The main restaurant in the atrium offers a convenient location just down Mody Road by the Mirror Tower, making it easy to access the MTR subway entrance. Its proximity to the harbour and the underground is also an advantage, allowing for quick transportation around the city. The rooms are spacious with luxurious amenities, and the staff provides attentive service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The hotel also offers a smart mobile phone, called the "Handy," for free calls and Wi-Fi hotspot.

There is minimal seating in the foyer, which can be inconvenient for guests looking for a space to relax or wait for transportation.

Theresa and her Crown Club team were incredibly hospitable, allowing us to access the lounge even after we had checked out. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The hotel had a fantastic fitness center on the top floor and a rooftop pool that was worth a visit. The culinary options were diverse and the pastry shop was a must-stop. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay experience in Hong Kong.

This hotel provided an exquisite luxury experience with its exclusive amenities. The Spa & Wellness Centre was top-notch, and the massage was rejuvenating. The rooftop pool was heated, and the outdoor swimming pool was clean with a beautiful view. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious meals and drinks. The private facilities were impressive and comfortable, and they fulfilled all my needs. The location advantages were remarkable.

The slow service at the Buffet Breakfast. Even though the food was tasty, the understaffed breakfast area resulted in long queues and delays.

The room was large and had a beautiful view. The complimentary Handy WiFi phone was super helpful for navigating the city. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.
