The location is fantastic. it's easy to access the mtr, and numerous eateries are just steps away. the hotel offers a lovely spa with excellent treatments and a fantastic outdoor pool that overlooks the skyline!

Celebrating my birthday at Royal Garden was unforgettable! The staff genuinely cared for us, making our stay feel like home. The room was spacious, and the Crown Club lounge's afternoon tea was a delight!

We had a wonderful one-night stay in a Deluxe Queen or Twin Room! The gym was open 24 hours and well-equipped, perfect for our routine. A complimentary bottle of wine from the Duty Manager was a lovely touch after a minor issue. Dining options were a bit pricey but worth it for the quality!

how can a place call itself a 5-star hotel when the pool has ridiculous hours? also, the breakfast was a chaotic mess, with dirty plates piling up! i almost left a good review, but the lack of personal attention, like a complimentary gesture for such inconveniences, left me utterly disappointed. really, i expected much more.

The suite we had was freaking amazing! ! we were treated to complimentary cocktails and afternoon tea that hit the spot. The senior duty manager was top-notch, personally fixing our hiccup with the room like he had magic hands!

I was extremely disappointed with the lack of WiFi coverage. it barely worked in my room and was non-existent in the lobby. Plus, the breakfast price at over 290 HKD was outrageous, especially considering the offerings didn't seem worth it. To top it off, the lobby was poorly designed. there was barely any seating, making it uncomfortable while I waited for my colleague.

We had a great experience staying for 11 nights! The location was close to the subway, which made getting around easy. Staff were really polite and helpful. especially the housekeeping team, who would come any time if we called! The fitness center and the pool were top-notch, very clean and relaxing after walking all day. Really made us feel at home!
