During my Christmas stay in Shenzhen, I had an amazing experience at a centrally located hotel with easy access to a megamall and the subway. The high floors of the hotel provided magnificent views of the city, especially from the lounge on the 96th floor. The afternoon tea served in the lounge was delightful with delicious desserts. Additionally, the staff, particularly the Assistant Guest Recognition Manager, Tatiana, provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing.

While my overall experience was great, a couple of minor issues stood out. the initial room had a strong smell, which required a room change.
