This hotel has definitely exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even giving my girls a box of cookies as a welcome treat. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with a great shower and bathroom. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, and I appreciated the special touches that made it feel unique. The prices were very reasonable, especially compared to other options in the area. I must also mention the onsite restaurant Cheers, An American Bistro, which served the best hotel food I've had in a long time. this hotel offered great value for money and made for a fantastic stay.

Exceptional service from the start. When I arrived late for an art convention, Frank greeted me at the door and took care of everything. He even valeted my car and got my bags to my room. In-room dining was tasty and the pop-up Italian pasta night was fun. Every single staff member I encountered was friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Absolutely an A+.

Great location near the concert venue and easy access to major highways. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and soft bedding. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of tasty options.

The fridge in my room was not cleaned properly and had leftover food from a previous guest, which made the room smell unpleasant. Despite notifying the front desk twice, the issue was not promptly resolved and the food remained in the fridge throughout my stay.

We loved the convenience of checking in and choosing our room through the Hilton app. The digital key provided a seamless experience. The brass band in the lobby added a fun and welcoming touch. The room had a great view and was spacious. The hotel had many amenities available, perfect for families with kids.

I stayed at Doubletree By Hilton for leisure purposes and it has quickly become my favorite hotel. The staff here are exceptional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, well-decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. I also appreciated the bottled water and the shuttle service provided to our concert. The restaurant staff, especially Dalton, went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. the service, cleanliness, and decor exceeded my expectations.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right across the street from Santander Theater. The front desk and restaurant staff are well trained, efficient and nice. The room is clean, comfortable and well-equipped with Wi-Fi and USB charging. I recommend this hotel.
