Fantastic location just steps from the arena.

I was disappointed with the unexpected additional charge of $130. This hold amounting to my credit card was not disclosed beforehand, creating unnecessary stress. Additionally, it was frustrating that breakfast was no longer included. this wasn't communicated upfront, and I'd have expected better transparency during check-in.

I enjoyed my stay, especially the breakfast. The buffet offered a variety of choices that were satisfying. I was impressed by the customer service. One staff member even delivered drinks when a colleague needed assistance. This type of attention reflects well on the hospitality culture in the area. The room was comfortable and convenient, allowing for a relaxing experience. As a traveler who appreciates country music, I enjoyed the ambiance and local charm, making my stay memorable.

The lobby welcomed us with a warm, friendly atmosphere, and those complimentary cookies at check-in were a delightful touch. Our room was spacious, and the hotel had a modern look that made us feel right at home.

However, the area felt a bit sketchy after dark, which made us uncomfortable during our evening strolls. Also, the breakfast was not included, and at $15 per person, it felt a little pricey for what we got.

I stayed at Doubletree for a concert at Santander Arena. The location was convenient, with a lively bar scene outside. My room was spacious and very quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was impressive too, featuring a wide array of options that satisfied our morning cravings.

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff helped me with my room issue at night. Highly recommend trying the bar area! I'm coming back for a holiday.

I attended a local event, which made for an enjoyable experience. The room was inviting, and the food options were quite good. I liked that I didn’t have to drive home after the event, especially with winter weather outside. It felt nice to unwind without worries. The indoor pool was a nice touch too. As someone who enjoys road trips, it was great to relax. I would definitely consider visiting again.
