Service is professional and flexible, allowing for a late check-out. The rooms are comfortable, especially the children's room which is well-equipped and perfect for families.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Chengdu, I was pleasantly surprised by the Tibetan theme that permeated the entire establishment. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities such as a comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities, and even ironing facilities. The bathroom was also luxurious, complete with a variety of toiletries.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, with convenient access to the metro station and nearby attractions. You can easily stroll to the Wanda Plaza Mall, Temples, and even the Jinli tourist area with just a short subway ride. The rooms are clean and bright, with lovely little touches. The bathroom is spacious and the view from the window is breathtaking, especially at night when the city sparkles. The staff is welcoming and attentive, always ready to chat and answer any questions. They even provided packed lunches for our early morning departure.

The WiFi in the hotel can be quite unreliable, working only in certain areas such as the breakfast room. This might be problematic for guests who rely heavily on internet access during their stay.

The luxurious amenities and exclusive services offered at this hotel exceeded our expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was a highlight of our stay, with a full menu of massages, beauty treatments, and foot reflexology available. the private treatment rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a peaceful and relaxing oasis in the heart of the hotel. to the Spa, this hotel boasts a lovely garden area that was perfect for enjoying an afternoon tea or simply relaxing in the sunshine.

Although the rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, the windows could benefit from some additional soundproofing.

The breakfast had a good variety and the dining room was well-organized. the elegant decor and room amenities were comforting. the location was pretty good as it was near a mall and shopping area.

The hotel's wifi was unfortunately limited which was inconvenient. the Chinese wine at the lobby bar was a bit pricey compared to other places nearby.
