Great location close to metro stations and a short distance from restaurants. the staff were friendly and spoke good English. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with a luxurious bathtub for relaxation.

The temperature in the room was consistently warm, which was uncomfortable. the hotel also had some issues with their services, such as removing the room service menus and not informing guests about the pool closure.

The breakfast offered a wide range of food options, both Western and Chinese, and the quality was superb. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a lovely pool and a powerful shower in our room. The location was super helpful in ensuring we had easy access to transportation, as it was near a subway station that connected to various sightseeing spots and the airport express. The concierge staff, particularly Leo and Alvin, were extremely helpful in organizing our reservations and arranging cars with changing schedules. We also want to thank Chef Alan and his team, as well as the F & B manager Zhang and his team, for providing top-notch service. This hotel is an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers.

This newly renovated hotel exceeded my expectations during my weekend stay in the heart of the city. the rooms were incredibly comfortable and stylishly designed. the staff were friendly and attentive to all of our needs. the breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose from. the hotel's location was also perfect for both business and leisure, situated close to major attractions and city transportation.

Although the hotel was impressive overall, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. the front desk could have been more organized at check-in and check-out.

I gotta start with the value for money - absolutely worth it! The room was so amazing, we got a sweet upgrade and the bed was like a dream. The location was also great, just a short walk to the subway, and the staff treated us like royalty. Shoutout to Disy, Ervin, and Neferta for their exceptional service.

Morning meal could've been a little better. Just one tiny thing that would've made it perfect.
