Lots of green space and gardens, quiet location. Great food and amazing Wen Shan green tea. Beautiful artwork inside. Thorough, prompt, courteous staff. Amazing shower and clean facilities. Special design with earth-toned theme, teak furniture, and attention to detail. Very nice service from front desk to housekeeping. Elegant and detailed lobby and rooms. Hospitable and helpful lobby staff. Comfortable beds and Bose stereo. Lovely turn in service. Decent breakfast bar with scrambled eggs and truffle oil.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a stunning city view and a spacious balcony. Our stay was luxurious and exclusive, with amenities such as designer toiletries and a comfortable king-sized bed. the hotel's services were exceptional, and the lounge area was a great place to unwind with a book from the impressive library.

We encountered minor issue with the restaurant. the breakfast selection was limited and the quality of the food was average.
