Lots of green space and gardens, quiet location. Great food and amazing Wen Shan green tea. Beautiful artwork inside. Thorough, prompt, courteous staff. Amazing shower and clean facilities. Special design with earth-toned theme, teak furniture, and attention to detail. Very nice service from front desk to housekeeping. Elegant and detailed lobby and rooms. Hospitable and helpful lobby staff. Comfortable beds and Bose stereo. Lovely turn in service. Decent breakfast bar with scrambled eggs and truffle oil.

Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a room with a stunning city view and a spacious balcony. Our stay was luxurious and exclusive, with amenities such as designer toiletries and a comfortable king-sized bed. We encountered minor issue with the restaurant. The breakfast selection was limited and the quality of the food was average.

The location of the hotel is great, located near well-known cultural sites and only a few minutes away from public transportation. The room design and amenities were impressive.

Taxis had difficulty finding the hotel location at times, which could be frustrating when trying to return to the hotel after a long day of exploring.
