This hotel simply exudes luxury in every way possible. The exclusive amenities provided were beyond expectations and the service was impeccable. We particularly loved the spa lounge that offered relaxing massage treatments and a steam room to unwind. The indoor swimming pool was the perfect way to start or end our day with its relaxing Jacuzzi. There was also a well-equipped gym for those who crave a more intense workout. The restaurant provided delicious in-room breakfast and the bar area was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink with its cozy and relaxing ambiance.

We experienced only one minor issue during our stay - we ordered a snack at the snack bar and it arrived cold. However, this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff who provided fresh and hot food.

The location was ideal, with a stunning view from the Toro Loco restaurant on the 37th floor and the Terrace proving to be the perfect spot for post-dinner drinks. The hotel's connection to the Suzhou Centre mall is a great advantage, with a wide range of shopping and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for an inspiring experience.

Excellent gym facilities, even open 24/7. Welcoming atmosphere upon arrival with unique touch of having Western staff. All day breakfast caters to late risers. Rooms equipped with modern gadgets like automatic toilets and curtain switches. Impressive customer service and staff, with special requests accommodated easily.

This hotel was the perfect place to spend my Easter weekend. The beautiful views and excellent customer service exceeded my expectations. The hotel's prime location was ideal for exploring the nearby scenery and attractions. The spa services were phenomenal and made my stay even more relaxing.

Although my experience was mostly positive, there was construction work going on near the hotel which disrupted the peaceful ambiance of the hotel. the TV was not properly aligned with the bed which made it slightly annoying to watch and enjoy from bed.
