We loved the hotel's cleanliness, with immaculately kept rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a beautiful pool and a well-stocked bar. The location was ideal, with the hotel conveniently located near popular attractions such as the Forbidden City and WangFuJing Street. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing outstanding service and always being present when we needed assistance.

My stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing was simply incredible. The level of service I received was unparalleled. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. One particular incident stands out - I had missed my reservation for Peking Duck due to travel delays, but Julia from the front desk made it her mission to find me a great late-night Peking Duck spot. She succeeded and made my trip unforgettable. The hotel itself was stunning, with luxurious rooms and amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and amenities.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with spacious and well-appointed rooms that were worth every penny. The location was ideal, with easy access to major attractions like the Forbidden Palace within walking distance. This place was beautiful! I absolutely love the decorations and the unique pieces of art in every corner. The service was amazing and location was great within walking distance to a mall that had a great selection of quick/easy food. We used the hotel provided cars to do a Great Wall day trip and was perfect. We used the lower price option and still had a wonderful private comfortable drive with a driver that recommended great stops along the way including lunch!

I stayed for four nights on a leisure trip and was blown away by the level of luxury and comfort. The hotel is located in a central area, just a short walk from Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. The rooms were beautifully designed with huge, comfortable beds, a spacious bath, and stunning floor-to-ceiling windows. The staff were impeccable, providing faultless service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I highly recommend treating yourself to this high-end luxury experience.

The hotel had spacious and modern rooms with elegant décor, including spacious bathrooms. the staff were welcoming, friendly, and spoke English fluently. the location was convenient for easy day trips to the top sites in the city, and there were also malls and restaurants within a 10-minute walk.

The breakfast buffet had limited food selection, with a poor salad bar and no olive oil or balsamic vinegar available. the waiter didn't speak English well and brought white vinegar instead of the expected condiments.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Forbidden City and Wangfujing Street. We could easily walk to hassle-free shopping and great restaurants. We had an amazing stay at this hotel in the center of the city. The room was spacious, with huge bathrooms, and the housekeeping staff kept everything extra tidy. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the staff, particularly Natalie Ho and Stephen the doorman, were lovely and made us feel at home. The breakfast was wonderful, thanks to the talented Executive Chef Benoit Chargy, and the concierge staff provided outstanding customer service.
