I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Xi'an recently. The service at Westin was top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The staff in the business lounge were absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to take care of all my needs and were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel, especially the business lounge. I would definitely recommend Westin Xi'an for a great travel experience.

The hotel had a convenient location and was decorated nicely for Christmas. the breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. the room had an interesting design and was pretty quiet considering the area it was located in.

the room was not kept very tidy and there were stains on the carpet and furniture that were off-putting. the experience could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay in this city thanks to the excellent service provided by the staff at the hotel. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist us with redirecting a package and providing gluten-free meals. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions nearby, including a mall and a Starbucks Reserve. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We particularly enjoyed the bar in the lobby and the small museum inside the hotel. The staff at the reception and the concierge were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is a complete haven for those who seek true luxury. the spa and wellness center has an amazing indoor swimming pool, a sauna, and a garden area that is beautifully maintained. the masseuse provided a full body massage and a head massage, both of which were extremely relaxing. the heated swimming pool was an added treat that we thoroughly enjoyed.

The only negative aspect we experienced was the bar/lounge area, which was small and didn't have many snack bar options. the in-room breakfast and the packed lunches were delicious, and the restaurant provided excellent service and had a wide range of exclusive cuisine options.

The location is excellent with great views of the Wild Goose Pagoda. The front desk service is enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast offers a wide range of choices. The area around the hotel is vibrant and lively at night.

Located in Qujiang district, near Big Goose Pagoda and the world's largest music fountain show. Stylish facilities with a touch of Chinese imperial feel. Comfy rooms with soundproof windows for a good sleep. Highly recommended.

Great location in an upscale neighborhood with malls, theaters, and restaurants nearby. Starbucks next door. Friendly and prompt service. the buffet breakfast had a superb selection. the executive lounge offered excellent food options and had an awesome view. the staff, especially Miss Sole, were helpful with food selection, even accommodating to strict vegetarians.

The hotel is quite dated and the physical condition is old. the rooms are spread out, making it a long and confusing walk, especially if your room is at the far end.
