We had a fantastic stay at Glamour Hotel near Sirkeci station and Marmaray! the staff, especially Ziya the night manager, provided exceptional customer service, making us feel right at home. the room was tastefully furnished with beautiful blue accents and offered a stunning ocean view. the breakfast buffet, served in the restaurant with breathtaking views, was not only delicious but also had a wide variety of choices. the hotel's location was perfect, as it allowed us to easily walk to popular attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We were also impressed by the friendly and relaxed stray cat near the hotel exit. We will definitely be returning to Glamour Hotel for our next visit to this vibrant city.

The lounge restaurant on the top floor has incredible views, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Some rooms even have special amenities like sound-proof windows and built-in buttons for "do not disturb" and "make up room" options.

Lovely staff, very polite and professional. They went out of their way to help us with anything we requested. the hotel's location was in the heart of the old city, with a tram stopping almost outside the hotel. This made it very convenient for exploring the city. the breakfast restaurant had an amazing buffet with a breathtaking view. It was one of the best breakfasts I've ever had.

The sea view room had no sea view despite extra charges. the bathroom was extremely small, with no room for your legs when sitting on the toilet.
