Location was great, just a few steps away from town and port area. Free shuttle service provided. Free parking and great breakfast. The staff was excellent, and the views were panoramic. The hotel provided transfer service to the beach and city center.

Being situated high up on the hillside outside the restricted vehicle zone allowed for stunning views across the bay from both my room and the breakfast terrace. The service at breakfast was quick and friendly, and I even got to enjoy dinner at their sister hotel, Doria. The convenient shortcut down some steepish steps meant that I was just a stone's throw away from the center and pier for Cinque Terre boats. Parking was also easy, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The public rooms were of high quality and created a different atmosphere from the bedrooms. the fantastic location and views made my stay unforgettable.

Our romantic escape was truly amazing! the breakfast was divine, with plenty of choices and a breathtaking view to enjoy. the staff were lovely and attentive, making us feel like royalty. We loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed and stunning sea view. the transfer service provided was so convenient, saving us from walking up the steep hills.

The parking spaces were a bit tight and we ended up with a scratch on our car from the doors of other vehicles. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience was wonderful and we would definitely consider staying here again.
