The hotel was located near restaurants and shopping, which was convenient for me during my business trip. the free covered parking allowed me to easily come and go as I pleased. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep before my meetings.

It was also a hassle that I needed hotel staff to accompany me to the rooftop garden. the parking was tight and the front desk staff seemed disorganized and unresponsive to my concerns about the lack of hot water.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is right in downtown, making it easy to explore the city and visit the popular "I Love Saipan" shop just across the street. Additionally, being in the center of Garapan means that there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

One downside of the hotel is that there is no on-site canteen for breakfast. Instead, guests are given meal coupons to use at a nearby restaurant called "Cha Cafe & Bakery".

Soft beds, balcony, excellent housekeeping, convenient location, luxurious towels, comfortable pillows.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic, being right in front of the "I Love Saipan" shop and just a few minutes' walk from the Thursday street market and American Memorial Park. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and efficient, ensuring a quick check-in and organizing taxi transfers for me, even with my awkward flight times. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with the option of having a balcony and the availability of basic amenities. great value for money.
