As a woman traveling alone, I had an amazing experience at this luxury hotel. It is conveniently located close to the MRT station, making it easy for me to navigate the city. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a sleek industrial design. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing a personal touch to my stay. Additionally, I enjoyed the 24-hour hot water and the complimentary snacks and coffee/tea area. the hotel provided a safe and comfortable environment for my solo trip.

The surrounding area of the hotel lacks options for light meals.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby transportation and attractions. Their hand-drawn map with recommendations for local eats and drinks was a great touch. I also appreciated the free coffee all day and the tasty breakfast served each morning.

While the room was comfortable, I found the towels to be a bit old and rough. The pool advertised on their website turned out to be off-site and not as nice as I had hoped.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect - not right in the city center, but still within easy reach of everything. Just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around a breeze. The hotel also offers a paid shuttle service and airport shuttle for added convenience.
