I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, close to everything I needed - from shopping at Unicentro mall to dining at amazing restaurants and enjoying the local entertainment. The hotel itself is relatively small, with 27 rooms/apartments, which ensures a more personalized and intimate experience. The breakfast may not be anything special, but it still offers a selection of eggs to your liking, as well as cheese and sausage. The room was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful view of the north of the city. I loved the fireplace in the room, which added a cozy and comforting touch. The staff was excellent, particularly the guardian of the hotel who stayed close by during my entire stay, ensuring I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay.

The only downside I can think of is that the hotel is relatively small for a 27 room/apartment hotel. However, this does not diminish the quality of the experience in any way.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, making our experience even better. The hotel's WiFi was the fastest I have ever encountered, and the breakfast and room service were both amazing. a great choice for business guests.

Felt like part of the family and had no reason to complain.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The bed was wide and comfy, and the bathroom had an extra-large bath that was huge. Despite the small balcony, the price I paid compared to what I received made it feel like pure luxury.

I got great value for my money at Hotel 104 Art Suites. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with an amazing jacuzzi. The location was nice and safe, with plenty of excellent yet affordable restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, making my stay even better.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of Colombian items. The room was amazing - it was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood with lots of good restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. Additionally, transportation was convenient, with taxis being cheap and easily arranged by the hotel.

Extremely close to restaurants, shopping mall and in a very safe and secure area. The suite was warm and welcoming with a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of fruit, bread, and a wide variety of Colombian items. The mini bar was well stocked and the full kitchen was a bonus. The fireplace helped warm up the suite during cold nights. The staff was helpful, allowing early check-in and storing our bags. They even helped us find a specific Women's World Cup game and provided a floor fan to drown out street noise.

I stayed at 104 Art Suites for 3 nights for a great price of $130/night. The staff was friendly and tried their best to communicate in English. The facilities were new and beautifully designed, with spacious rooms. The hotel provided free fruits and the breakfast was amazing. The WiFi was super fast, and they even had a romantic package that made our stay extra special. it was the best value for money I've ever received at a well-run 5-star hotel.
