I recently stayed at a hotel in Santa Marta and had a great experience. The property, which was the AC Hotel, was impeccably clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They even offered to store our luggage when we arrived early before check-in. The amenities, including the gym and pool, were fantastic. We will definitely be returning to the AC Hotel on our next visit to Santa Marta.

The rooms were impeccably clean and offered breathtaking views of both the mountains and the sea. I also loved the hotel's convenient location, just a few blocks from the main park and steps away from the Marina, where all the tours to Tayrona depart from. The staff members were extremely kind and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the restaurant offered a great variety of delicious food options.

I recently stayed at the AC Marriott in Santa Marta for a few days. The staff were amazing! Andrea, Fergie, Manuel, and Jose provided exceptional service. The beds were super comfortable, the pool area was lovely, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. Plus, the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main park and close to the Marina for our tours to Tayrona. We even got engaged on our first night and this hotel will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The hotel's location is advantageous for travelers as it's situated close to both the town beach and old town, allowing easy access without being in the middle of the action. Additionally, it boasts proximity to the police station for added security. The rooms are comfortable, with netflix on tv, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel staff is lacking in customer service skills, leaving customers waiting for hours for their requests to be met, such as the opening of the pool after windy weather.

The staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the location was perfect, right in the center of Santa Marta.

Despite some minor issues, we enjoyed our stay at AC Marriott. We had a small problem with the shower leaking, but the staff was quick to fix it. Breakfast was decent, but could have offered more variety. The location was great, close to restaurants and the historic center. we would recommend this hotel.

Nothing not to love.

The location was perfect - close enough to all the action but not right in the middle of it. This venue is also conveniently located near two local beaches which is great if you want to soak up some sun and sand. The service and amenities were top-notch, including the room service and dry cleaning. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance available for exploring the area.

The hotel is conveniently located near two beautiful beaches, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. the local tour guides in the area provide excellent knowledge and experiences, although it is important to negotiate prices as some can be overpriced. The rooms are comfortable and have a modern bathroom with a glass door. The friendly staff offer great service, and the breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day.

One downside is that some facilities can be a bit small and may not meet everyone's expectations.

Convenient grocery store nearby. Perfect for exploring Minca and Parque Tayrona. Suitable for families with children.

The complementary wine and chocolates were such a sweet touch. the hotel's location at the edge of the city made it feel secluded and private but still close enough to easily walk to many restaurants and shops. the balcony in our room was perfect for enjoying the stunning view of the sunset together.

Sadly, the breakfast options had very limited choices for vegetarians and vegans. the internet was quite slow, which made streaming movies together a bit difficult.
