On our last business trip, we discovered a wonderful resort on the east coast. The restaurant on the beach, Kokommo Shack, provided a lovely ambiance overlooking the sea while enjoying their delicious Bombay Chutney Sandwich. The rooms are cozy with spacious bathrooms. The staff was courteous and prompt, exemplified by their amazing Hospitality. Don't forget their amazing Melting Pot restaurant and its delicious food.

There were issues with some of the facilities, such as slow service at one of the beach restaurants.

The property is superb, giving a grandeur feeling with its huge size. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive, making guests feel comfortable and special. The manager, Suresh, is courteous and hospitable, treating every guest like a VIP. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the ambience of a temple is well recreated. The Melting Pot restaurant serves excellent food, and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate special requests, especially for families with children. The beach is clean and the pool is large and kid-friendly. a fantastic resort experience.

Friendly Chef and Amazing Food Experience

We recently had a wonderful stay at Intercontinental. One of the highlights was the exceptional service and attention from the friendly chef at the all day restaurant. The food was simply outstanding, and our kids were delighted with the pancakes that were specially prepared for them every morning. The Christmas meal was absolutely delicious and the chef went above and beyond to ensure everyone's satisfaction. It truly felt like a memorable dining experience. we highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic food and friendly staff.

We had a delightful stay at Intercontinental in Mahabalipuram for our daughter's 2nd birthday. The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff, especially Ajak, Gayatri, and Suresh, were warm and thoughtful. The room was comfortable, the private beach and pool were pristine, and the food at the Melting Pot restaurant was sumptuous. We created beautiful memories here, and our daughter didn't want to leave! Worth every dime!

The property is well located, away from the hustle and bustle of Chennai city, providing a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. The room designs are elegant and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Perfect for unwinding without the hassle of peak hour travel.

Amazing complimentary New Year's Eve banquet dinner and midnight fireworks display! Great location near the beach and shops. Spacious and nicely furnished room, with an awesome ocean view balcony.

The pool was dirty and uninviting, with no kid's area. the staff seemed overwhelmed during check-in, and service wasn't consistent throughout the stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to a small, clean beach and the ancient temples of the city. I enjoyed walking on the wet soft sand or the green grass during my evenings.
