I recently stayed at Arsenal Hotel for a few nights and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the reception. The location is perfect, right in the center. The beds in the rooms were large and very comfortable, and I loved being able to adjust the AC to my liking. The breakfast was delicious and they offered something different each morning. The roof deck bar provided stunning views and the pool area was awesome.

The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and arranging reservations. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a mix of buffet items and made-to-order dishes. The rooftop pool area offers a stunning view of the city and bay, and the bar serves tasty snacks and drinks.

Some staff members at the bar and pool area can occasionally be forgetful or appear annoyed when taking orders.

As a disabled guest, I appreciated the incredible friendliness of the staff, particularly Fabi and Luis , who were always helpful and accommodating. The hotel's rooftop pool offered beautiful views of Bocagrande, and the breakfast provided was amazing. The location was convenient, with a short 5-minute walk to the old city and piers. Additionally, the proximity to many bars and clubs made for a lively and enjoyable stay.

The wifi was also reliable throughout the hotel. I also appreciated the on-site spa services available.

wow. ghl arsenal really impressed me. staff were attentive, rooms clean and comfy. rooftop pool with stunning view made my stay. loved breakfast at the chic restaurant. way better than my last trip to cartagena, exceeded expectations.

The pool and the view were incredible. It was so relaxing to swim and look out over the city. the rooftop location also provided a great vantage point for taking in the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant was a standout. the food was delicious, especially the tuna and grilled pardo.

There were a few things that detracted from my experience. the noise from the kitchen in room 403 was unbearable.

Great location close to attractions! We were pleasantly surprised with an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite. Room was spacious with beautiful decor. The pool area was perfect for unwinding. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

We had such an amazing stay at this hotel! the staff, especially Paula and Fabian, were incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely interested in making our stay fun and safe. the breakfast was outstanding, with personalized fruit shakes and a variety of exotic fruits to taste. the location of the hotel couldn't be better, just a 2-minute walk from the old city and the heart of Getsemani. We made friends with other guests and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the rooftop pool, massages, and coconut mojitos were a true treat. a perfect stay!

The hotel had a great rooftop pool with a stunning view of the city. It was the perfect spot to relax and cool off on a hot day. the breakfast selection was also impressive, with plenty of options to choose from. the hotel's location was ideal, being close to both the Old Town and Getsemani, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

Some of the staff seemed distracted and not fully attentive to guests' needs. There were instances where they would continue talking to each other or focus on other tasks without acknowledging guests.

Additionally, it's conveniently located in front of the convention center. The rooms are clean and well-maintained with reliable Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, and a nice view from the pool area.
