Everything was impeccable.

Great facility with clean, up-to-date rooms. The bed was comfortable and the linens were crisp and clean. The hot water in the shower was excellent. Plus, there was a Jacuzzi in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was good and the lady taking care of it was very attentive. The business center had a PC and a USB charger, which was a lifesaver since I had lost my luggage. I had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn.

The staff was polite and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. Mary, the breakfast server, was super friendly. Our stay was enjoyable and we wished we could have stayed longer.

Assistant General Manager Heather Smith saved the day for us on our 38-day road trip! Despite issues with the pool, she arranged for us to use the pool at a nearby sister property, Townplace Suites by Marriott. The breakfast was great and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even found a replacement hairdryer for me. a lovely stay with a lot of positive features.

As foreign tourists, we appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the Holiday Inn Express. The clean and comfortable rooms along with the accommodating front desk made us feel welcome. The location felt safe and there were a few restaurants nearby.

The room accommodations were not as expected. We were given a room with only one bed instead of the two queen beds we requested.

The breakfast spread had a wide variety to choose from, perfect for adventure travelers like us. The pool was enjoyable for the kids and we loved relaxing on the outdoor patio. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located near the exit for easy access with our dogs. The regular-sized hair dryer was a pleasant surprise.
