The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay. They went out of their way to ensure we had a comfortable experience. The room had a spacious living area and a balcony with a great view of the mountains. The bathroom was large and the kitchenette was well-equipped with a microwave and small fridge. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and hair salons just down the street.

During our stay at 1616 Hotel, we had a fantastic experience with the room change. We were initially given a noisy room in the corner, but the staff quickly accommodated our request and moved us to a room at the rear of the hotel. The new room had a beautiful city view and was incredibly quiet. We really appreciated the attentive and friendly staff who made sure we were comfortable. Despite a few minor issues with cleanliness and breakfast, we found the hotel to be a pleasant place to stay with great Wi-Fi connectivity. we would recommend 1616 Hotel for its helpful staff and nice rooms with city views.

Great stay over the New Year's weekend! Good value for money. the large rooms were comfortable with excellent wifi. the breakfast had nice fresh fruit and juice options, which we enjoyed. the staff was very attentive, especially the front desk staff who was exceptionally helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, with a supermarket conveniently located across the street.

The hotel could benefit from having a bar or restaurant on its roof terrace. the walk back from the main part of the town was difficult, but there is a good bus service to the metro.
