Great stay with excellent service. the hotel's location was convenient, not too far from the airport. Quick taxi ride to the airport, and the hotel shuttle made our return easy. the variety of restaurants nearby was a plus. the Club floor with its lounge was a highlight, offering delicious breakfast and evening hors d’oeuvres. the staff members were personable and professional, making our stay enjoyable. a positive experience.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but that's a personal preference. the hotel is a bit far from downtown Bogota, and traffic can be an issue, so it took longer to get around.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing me a very late check-out without any additional charges. The breakfast was delicious and the spa was great. It was easy to reach downtown either by Uber or local taxi. Additionally, the hotel offered a free shuttle service to the airport, which ran frequently throughout the day.

The nearby mall is easily accessible. The rooms have great views of the city and mountains, with comfortable beds, good water pressure in the bathroom, and effective air conditioning. The housekeeping service is efficient and provides clean linens daily. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options, including Colombian and international dishes, fresh tropical fruits, and quality coffee. The Executive Lounge provides excellent food in the evenings.

But what really stood out was the excellent service from the staff - they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The surprise insurance charge on our bill at check-out. We were not made aware of this charge beforehand and it felt like a sneaky way to add more money to our bill.
