The free breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cabin I stayed in was comfortable, clean, and provided a peaceful retreat. The property and facilities were well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location was perfect for me as I am familiar with the area and enjoy staying here every year.

The wifi reception was a bit poor, which was a inconvenience considering the spotty cell phone reception. It appeared that the waffle iron had not been cleaned properly.

We had a wonderful stay at Kenlake State Resort Park. The two bedroom cottage was perfect for our family getaway. The screened-in porch provided a cozy spot for evening activities and the view of the lake was simply breathtaking. Despite a few cobwebs, the cottage was fairly clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast at the restaurant was average but the buffet at Lake Barkley was outstanding. The extensive menu and delicious food at Lake Barkley definitely made the drive worth it. we had a pleasant experience at Kenlake State Resort Park and would recommend it.

The internet was fast, and I enjoyed watching movies on the big screen with accessible HDMI ports. The pool was a great place to relax, and I loved the charming 70s vibe of the main building. The staff was friendly and accommodating, with Julie at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful location and comfortable accommodations.

One aspect we didn't like was the smell in our room, which seemed to be caused by an old vacuum cleaner or bag. It would be great if they could invest in a new vacuum cleaner to address this issue.
