The location is top-notch! with very friendly staff and breakfast always had different options each day, which was truly a delight.

Room size was somewhat limited! and the coffee provisions were lacking, not replenished after the first day.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The internet was nonexistent in the rooms, which was frustrating as I needed to work during my trip. Additionally, the kitchen in my room was poorly equipped, only providing a single plate and minimal utensils. I was also disappointed with the sauna facilities — it barely reached a usable temperature, and when I inquired about it, the staff's responses felt dismissive rather than helpful. The noise from the traffic outside was quite disruptive, making it difficult to rest peacefully.

I enjoyed a stay where I found the location convenient with many dining spots nearby. The staff were friendly and helped create a pleasant atmosphere. I had an experience with the coffee in the room, but the grounds were old, and the staff didn’t replace them the next morning. I appreciated the gym with its nice view, though the machines could use some updates. Overall, it was worth the time I spent there.

We had a fantastic stay here with our grown children. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city. Breakfast each day was a delightful experience, featuring fresh fruits and rich coffee that energized us for our adventures. The service was exceptional!

My wife says that they could improve the space for families with kids.

Amazing location in Chapinero with fantastic restaurants nearby 🍽️. The breakfast was excellent, offering variety and made-to-order options. Staff were super responsive and went outta their way to help!
