We loved our stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with plenty of amenities nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff, especially David at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. the hotel exceeded our expectations and made our trip a memorable one.

As party people, we loved the convenient location surrounded by amazing restaurants and cafes. The staff, especially Anna-maria, were friendly and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The nearby Avenida Chile Shopping Mall was a bonus for shopping and entertainment.

My Christmas vacation was amazing! the hotel's location was perfect - surrounded by restaurants, shops, and cafes. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate seating area and a kitchen, which came in handy for those late-night snacking cravings. The best part was the two complementary activities offered - I had so much fun participating in them.

The fitness center was not up to par. It had outdated equipment, which was mostly out of order, and there wasn't much to choose from in terms of exercise options.

The room had all the amenities I needed and despite not being very big, it was comfortable. The neighborhood felt safe, and it was easy to get around the city. The staff at the hotel were exceptional, always helpful and welcoming. I also loved the hot shower and the fact that they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout.
