Nothing could have been better.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved staying on the 13th floor with its spectacular view. The room was clean, spacious, and had a big flat-screen TV. The hotel's coffee theme created a warm atmosphere, and the smell of coffee in the room was a pleasant surprise. The staff was always willing to help, and we enjoyed the rain shower head. The hotel also had a pool/jacuzzi with a great city view.

Felt truly looked after, no reason to complain.

For the price I paid, the value at Cafe Hotel was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. Best Thanksgiving weekend ever! Liked the complimentary cappuccinos and the free parking. the hotel's location was perfect- less than 10 minutes to El Poblado and taxis were cheap and easy to access. the beds were so comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
