It was also situated in a very safe neighborhood, which made me feel at ease during my stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing great service from start to finish. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the basic amenities provided in the room with a balcony. It was a lovely touch to have a window towards the light well, allowing natural light to brighten up the space. Additionally, the fresh baked goods served at breakfast, which were included in the price, were simply delicious!

The hotel has lots of charm and character, and is in a safe part of Recoleta. Had no problem walking around the neighborhood at night for food and drinks. Staff were nice and friendly, breakfast was traditional Argentine style - medialunas, coffee, ham, cheese, and fruit. The staff were helpful for telling us about the location of supermarkets nearby and for arranging a taxi ride to the international airport. The building had character as well as a common area with some travel books and bright paintings on the wall. The breakfast was not big on choice but did have fruit and good breads. The subway was about a five-minute walk away in a good neighborhood. Three English language TV stations were available. Air conditioning worked well, although the weather was not really hot. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast was delicious, and I love the art gallery space and the character of the building. Great value for the location - a little bit of a trot to Recoleta but, good access to other parts. Good A/C, very quiet in interior rooms, 2 working elevators, good wifi, breakfast perfectly fine-helpful desk people. Excellent hot showers. It's not a 5-star place but it's more authentic, has more charm. There was an art gallery opening while we were staying there. They were great about arranging a reasonably priced taxi to the airport. Great place - would definitely stay again.

the room I was given was incredibly small and cramped, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. The bathroom door didn't close properly, so there was very little privacy.
